The Wohnbedarf Company founded by Giedon & two associates, July 1931. They produced Breuer's aluminum furniture line which came in many versions, with a choice of padded upholstery, wooden or plaited seats. The firms of Arnold in Schorndorf and Styclair in Lyon both manufactuerd Breuer eigns under license. His designs for this period is seen as the final climax of the Swiss Modern Movement.
